Buderim · servicing the Sunshine Coast

I answer. I turn up.
And the job gets
done properly.

Screens, patching, curtains and tracks, doors and locks, gutters. The jobs too small for a specialist and too fiddly to get round to — done by one bloke you can actually ring.

Four things people actually say about me

Not a wish list. These are what come up again and again in my reviews.

01

You hear back

Send a photo and a line. You hear back from me with a price within the week — or a time for me to come and look if it needs eyes on it. Never silence.

02

On the day I said

Booked for Tuesday morning means I am there Tuesday morning. If something changes you hear it from me first, not after you have waited in.

03

Done properly

Fixed, not patched over. If a job needs doing twice to be right, I do it twice — and it is guaranteed when I leave.

04

Like I was never here

Drop sheets down, dust vacuumed, and the old parts and packaging leave with me. Job done and your house back.

How a job runs

Same five steps whether it is your own home or a job sent through by an agency.

1

You tell me about it

A photo and a line is usually enough, and plenty of jobs get priced without me coming out at all. Some need eyes on them — if yours does, I will say so and we will find a time.

2

You get a price within the week

A real number, a time to come and quote it properly, or an honest no if it is not my trade. You will never be left wondering whether the message landed.

3

It goes in writing

Itemised, scope spelled out, and options priced where there is more than one sensible way to do it — so you choose, rather than being told.

4

Booked and done

Confirmed date and time, and a heads-up on the day. If something behind a wall changes the job, you hear before I do it, not after.

5

Invoiced, with photos

Before and after photos, sent with the invoice or in an email straight after it, so you can see exactly what you paid for without taking my word for it.

12month guarantee

If my work fails, I come back and fix it

Twelve months on my workmanship. If I fitted it and it has let go, that is mine to put right.

No charge, no argument.No worries.

Materials carry their own manufacturer warranty, which is one of the reasons I never mark them up — marking up a supplier’s goods can void the cover you would otherwise have.

Before, and after

Real jobs on the Coast, for real people. Yours could be the next one up here.

01

Paths and paving

Side of a house with old rotted timber sleepers, seen from above, before the workBefore
The same spot from above with new large pavers set in gravelAfter

The old timber sleepers had rotted through. Lifted out, ground levelled, and large pavers laid with a gravel border. Same spot, same angle.

02

Decks

Old deck with missing and rotted boards, beforeBefore
The same deck with new boards down and oiledAfter

Boards had gone and it was not safe to walk on. Old decking up, frame repaired, new boards down and oiled.

03

Pressure washing

Side path green with algae, before washingBefore
The same side path clean after pressure washingAfter

A side path gone green and slippery, back to clean concrete in an afternoon.

04

Gutters

Gutter full of leaves, before cleaningBefore
Gutter cleared out, after cleaningAfter

Gutters packed with leaf litter. Cleared out and the downpipes flushed so the water goes where it should.

Every job I finish, I ask. If I have done right by you I would love you to say so — and if I have not, I would rather hear it from you first so I can fix it.

Very nice young man. We are seniors. Luke was very respectful and did a fantastic job. All with a smile on his face.

Most of my work comes from someone telling someone else. Send a neighbour, a mate or a family member my way and there is $50 in it for each of you.

1. Tell them about me

Pass on my number, or send them the link to this page. That is the whole ask.

2. They mention your name

When they book, they just say who sent them. Nothing to sign up for and no code to remember.

3. You both get $50

$50 off their first job, and $50 off your next invoice once theirs is done and paid. No expiry, and no limit on how many people you send.

For property managers

One tradie, most of the maintenance list

A lot of my work already comes from property managers on the Coast. Your own work order, emailed through exactly as your system writes it, is all I need — you should not have to fill in my paperwork as well as your own.

✓
No forms to fill inEmail the work order as it comes out of your system, or just an address and a photo.
✓
Owner-ready quotesItemised, scope spelled out, options priced — forward it straight on without fielding questions.
✓
Tenant access sortedI contact the tenant directly, or your office issues the entry notice. Whichever your agency prefers.
✓
Photos on every jobBefore and after, emailed with the invoice or straight after, so the owner can see the work without a site visit.
✓
Compliance on fileCertificate of currency and ABN the same day you ask, plus a schedule of rates if onboarding needs one.
✓
One number for the lotScreens, patching, curtains, doors, gutters, yards. One contractor instead of five.
